गंगा यमुना की पवित्र भूमि के मध्य स्थित जहांगीराबाद नगरी में एक महान आत्मा जिसे शिवकुमार अग्रवाल के नाम से जाना गया को इस क्षेत्र की साक्षरता की दयनीय स्थिति ने झंझाेर दिया। तभी उस महापुरूष ने नगर में शिक्षा का दीप जलाने का दृढ संकल्प लिया तथा 1956 में राष्ट्र निर्माण सहायक समिति की स्थापना की। सर्व प्रथम दो कमरों के भवन में प्राइमरी स्कूल प्रारम्भ किया जिसे 1958 में जूनियर हाईस्कूल‚ 1962 में हायर सेकेंडरी तथा 1966 में इण्टरमीडिएट की मान्यता मिली तभी से यह संस्था निरन्तर प्रगति के पथ पर अग्रसर है।
